ROAST POTATOES

Roast potatoes are normally associated with Sunday roasts but I’m a massive fan of them with weekday meals too. They often feel like a real treat especially soaked in gravy. Don’t be shy when boiling the potatoes make sure you cook them till proper soft, then add them to the hot fat. The fluffy edges of the potatoes will crisp up perfectly. Giving you amazing crispy and fluffy roasties, don’t forget to season the water.
