Simply choose from either Beef Wellington or Truffled Creedy Carver Chicken as your main options.  All other courses in the box are the same for both options, each box serves 2 people.

Whichever box you choose, everything has been pre-prepared and par cooked by my team.  To create this decadent meal in your own kitchen you just need to follow the simple step-by-step heating and plating instructions.

Beef Wellington, Caramelised Hispi ‘Caesar’, White Onion and Truffle Purée with Hermitage Sauce

Beef fillet wrapped in chicken and mushroom mousse, herb pancake and puff pastry. Hispi cabbage with Caesar dressing, fried anchovy, panko and crispy onion crumb with parmesan. Accompanied by onion purée finished with black truffle and a red wine sauce.

Chicken breast cooked in truffle butter, garlic and thyme. With gnocchi, diced pancetta, caramelised baby onions and chopped morels, finished with with fresh tarragon parsley and butter.  Accompanied by artichoke purée with black truffle paste and a roast chicken and madeira jus.
