Do I have to order online?   

Yes, orders need to be placed online.

 

Can I add extra of anything? 

I’m afraid not, we’re unable to add extras or make changes to our boxes.

 

Can I change my delivery address?  

We will work with you to change your delivery address if possible, but this would need to be completed before the 13th December.  Please email us at updates@tomkerridge.com

 

Is delivery cost included?  

Yes, the price includes delivery.

 

I would like to send a box as a gift to a friend. How do I do this?    

When you order you can enter different delivery details from the invoice details. Simply fill in your friend’s address in the delivery details and add a message to your friend in the comments section.

 

Can I collect my order?      

No, unfortunately you are not able to collect your order, all order placed online will be delivered on 22nd December between 8am and 2pm.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?   

We’re sorry but we can’t change orders once they’ve been placed. Our Customer Support Team can attempt to cancel your order but it depends how far along the process it is. If we can successfully cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

 

Is the turkey suitable for freezing?    

Yes, your turkey can be frozen for up to 12 months.

When will my Turkey box be delivered?     

Your box will be delivered on 22nd December, between the hours of 8am to 2pm.

 

Can I specify a day for delivery?    

Your box will be delivered to you on the 22nd December between 8am and 2pm.  There are no other delivery dates available.

 

Can I change the delivery date?    

No, there are no other delivery dates available. Your box will be delivered to you on the 22nd December between 8am and 2pm.

 

Do I have to be in to receive my order?       

No, our courier will leave the goods in a safe place, however it is preferable if you are in to receive and refrigerate your order.

 

My delivery hasn’t arrived, what do I do?     

Please wait till after 2pm to contact us.  If your delivery still hasn’t arrived, please call 01628 499980 and we will look into this for you.

 

What if I am out when you try to deliver?   

The courier is instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place and to not take it back to the depot.

 

Can I track my delivery?   

Yes, the courier will text you tracking details for your box on 21st December.

 

Do I need to sign for my delivery?    

Please make sure you’re at home when the delivery is made. However, if you are out, according to our terms, the courier is instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place and to not take it back to the depot.

 

My delivery was left by the courier in a safe place but I can’t find it.

We cannot take responsibility for lost items and this can only be dealt directly with the courier.

 

My parcel contains an incorrect item or is missing an item, what do I do? 

Please call us on 01628 499980 so that we can arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

 

My delivery is damaged what should I do?   

Please call us on 01628 499980 so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Where do I store the food when I receive it?

Once you get your box, the contents must be stored in the fridge until cooking.

 

Do I need to take the food out of the box it was delivered in?        

Your turkey needs to be removed from its box and stored, wrapped in greaseproof paper, in the refrigerator. All the other items in your plain white box can be stored in their containers in the fridge until you’re ready to start cooking.

 

What is the best before date?       

Please check the use by date of your turkey.  All other items in your box need to be consumed by 26th December. Make sure when you receive your box the items are stored in the fridge.

 

Is the packaging recyclable?  

Yes, all the cardboard packaging is recyclable.

 

Are there cooking instructions for my turkey?

Cooking instructions are included in a leaflet in your box, they can also be viewed online here.
